Raw Meat Issue of the Day

Nat Hentoff: I am finally scared of a White House administration

Nat Hentoff is no conservative, as you know. And guess what's scaring him. The power grab commonly known as "Obamacare".

If he were an attractive female former governor of Alaska, people might call him a "bimbo".

I wonder whether Obama would be so willing to promote such health care initiatives if, say, it were 60 years from now, when his children will — as some of the current bills seem to imply — have lived their fill of life years, and the health care resources will then be going to the younger Americans?

Obama is a cold sonofabitch, frankly. And I doubt very much he is worried about his own family in any way, because I don't think he believes they will ever be impacted by this.

This stuff is strictly for the rest of us.

Nat Hentoff isn't the only one who's afraid.

  3. Thanks, Snout! Incredible, isn't it? The spin, the lies, and everything else as they try to ram this down our throats?

  4. I honestly think this has very little to do with actual health care.

This, it seems to me, is primarily a massive, massive, power grab, and little else.

  5. Yikes. Analyze this.

Obama to rabbis on health care: “We are God’s partners in matters of life and death”

President Barack Obama needs some outside help pushing health care reform, and he’s turning to rabbis to get it.
In a morning conference call with about 1000 rabbis from across the nation, Obama asked for aid: “I am going to need your help in accomplishing necessary reform,” the President told the group, according to Rabbi Jack Moline, who tweeted his way through the phoner.
“We are God’s partners in matters of life and death,” Obama went on to say, according to Moline’s real-time stream.

Gah. I'm a Christian. G_d is my Father, not my "partner".

  7. Brazen, isn't it? They're not even worried about getting caught anymore.

And people bitch about Fox News.

  8. People bitch about Fox News because they are one of the few media outlets that doesn't toe the extreme left wing democrat party line. That makes them bad bad bad.

You just watch. There will be a HUGE push for a "Fairness Doctrine" after this Health Care "Reform" bill fails.

  9. I don't doubt it.

They want the opposition in this country to be completely rudderless. There is no question about that.

  10. Rudderless, demoralized, and utterly destroyed. They want NO opposition. Period.
